The ScanFile Folder toolbox allows you to access all the main functions for searching, adding and editing documents. The Folder fields that have been defined will be displayed, and the tools at the bottom of the toolbox will change to reflect whether you are scanning, searching or editing. The Folder toolbox allows you, at the click of a single button, to change from scanning to searching to editing.
The Hitlist (shown on the right of the screenshot) will display the results of a search and allows you to select the document you want to view, or edit. You can decide how you want the Hitlist displayed, from the size, background colour, font, column size and order.
All the tools to make viewing documents a straightforward task are easy to hand in ScanFile Lite. Tools on the left side of the main window allow you to zoom and rotate the displayed page, as well as move from page to page and from document to document. In addition, you can use the thumbnails to go straight to the page of a document you want to look at.
ScanFile Conversion allows data from other electronic filing systems to be converted into ScanFile folders. The source data formats supported are:
